The claremont house holiday apartments are available for 3, 4 or 7 nights, however by prior arrangement individual requests can sometimes be accommodated

On booking your stay at Claremont apartments we ask for a non refundable 50% deposit to reserve your chosen apartment, all holidays are to be paid for in full 28 days before arrival.

If you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday we will need to charge the following:

* More than 28 days notice - the  non-refundable deposit.

* 28 days or less - 100%.

We therefore strongly recommend holiday insurance
